1. Nature of Our Service

Cargo Flit provides an on-demand logistics platform that connects customers (Users) who need to move cargo with independent third-party logistics providers (Drivers). Cargo Flit is a technology platform and does not provide transportation or logistics services directly. We are not a common carrier or a logistics company.

2. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use the platform to transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items as defined by Nigerian law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Bookings and Pricing

Our platform allows Users to set their own price offers. Drivers may accept these offers or provide counter-offers. A binding agreement for services is formed directly between the User and the Driver once an offer is accepted. Cargo Flit is not a party to this agreement.

4. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the logistics services provided by the Driver. Cargo Flit may charge service fees for the use of the platform, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cargo Flit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the services provided by Drivers. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to cargo during transit.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
